New Client: TicketsWest

TicketsWest provides ticket distribution services to clients throughout the United States. Its services are based around a seat ticketing platform designed to simplify the sale and allocation of ticket inventory, control ticket sales and customer data, and accelerate ticket sales with point and click simplicity. In addition, TicketsWest provides online ticketing through a hosted e-commerce website designed to automate the sale and allocation of tickets for the many events and venues for which it manages ticket sales.

TicketsWest has hired Zipline Interactive to assist with the planning, design, and development of a new website for its quickly growing TicketsWest.com platform. The existing website has served TicketsWest well for a number of years but with the influx of new devices it has become increasingly important to not only have good support for traditional computers, but also for laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Our team will be working with TicketsWest to plan and design a website that is much easier to use and navigate, while also adding responsive support for all types of Internet enabled devices. The new design is expected to launch in late fall or early winter of 2012. We will keep you posted!
