New Project: Wellspring Family Services EAP Portal

Wellspring Family Services is a 120-year-old private, non-profit organization based in Seattle Washington. Wellspring Family Services Employee Assistance Program offers employees and their families in-person behavioral health assessments, a comprehensive WorkLife program that include elder, childcare and daily living resources, as well as legal and financial consultations. They also provide the employer access to onsite trainings, webinars, mediation, organizational development, management consults and case management. In addition, Wellspring provides a comprehensive online service with a full menu of user-friendly interactive tools and resources.

Wellspring Family Services has hired Zipline Interactive to redesign their EAP Portal to make it more modern and user friendly. This highly customized portal, offers a great deal of information and functionality, customized for each user. Our team will be working with the staff at Wellspring to plan and design a new interface for their EAP portal, that packs a wealth of information and functionality into a simple, easy to use custom designed user interface. The completed portal will be powered by our ZLCMS content management tool and will provided the Wellspring Family Services staff with complete control over the website content, as well as the portal content for each user! The new Wellspring Family Services EAP Portal is expected to launch in late 2012.
