Spokane Public Library
The Spokane Public Library serves a population of 204,000 residents and circulates over 1.9 million items a year. With 6 branches in every corner of the city, it is a one stop shop for students and professionals. With programs for kids, teens, and adults, the library draws from all walks of life.
The Spokane Public Library hired us to create a new website that was easy for their staff to manage while making their various tools available to all audiences. We worked together with their team to identify their target audiences. Once we understood who was using the website and why, we designed a new layout which made the most frequently used functions easily accessible while also improving the overall navigation of the website.
