Zipline Interactive Webmail Services

For your convince, Zipline Interactive offers a free webmail service to our customers. If your email is hosted with Zipline, you can access your email from any computer with an Internet connection using this service. We have two unique interfaces you can use to access your email. Both interfaces contain the same email and utilize the same username and password but have varying features and abilities. Below is an overview of each system and their capabilities.

SquirrelMail

SquirrelMail is a standard webmail product. It is very stable and works with most browsers, connection speeds, and computer platforms. It will allow you to read existing messages, compose and send new email messages, and perform a variety of other tasks.

RoundCube

RoundCube is a newer more advanced webmail product. It is stable, however we have experienced some compatibility problems with older browsers, slower speeds, and older computer platforms. If you are operating using older technology, we suggest using the SquirrelMail interface but if you have updated equipment RoundCube offers the same features as SquirrelMail but offers handy features such as a streamlined interface and drag and drop sorting and deleting of messages.

(Note: One important thing to remember, if you use Outlook, Apple Mail, or another POP3 email client you must modify your settings to “leave a copy on the server” or else your email program will automatically delete the email from your webmail account. If you do choose to leave a copy on the server, we suggest only storing for a short period usually 30 days as email can quickly build up and may fill your email inbox causing new messages to get rejected.)
